Size Guide
Press-on nails fit best when you know your nail measurements. Follow the steps below to measure your natural nails, then note each width so you can choose the right size.
What you will need
- A soft measuring tape, or a strip of paper and a pen
- A ruler marked in millimetres (mm)
How to measure your nails
- Measure the width. Place the tape or paper strip across the widest part of your natural nail, from side to side, and mark where the nail ends on each side.
- Measure the length. Place the tape from the base of the nail (cuticle) to the tip and mark both ends.
- Check against the ruler. Lay the tape or paper strip flat against the ruler and read the width and length in millimetres.
- Repeat for every nail. Nails differ from finger to finger, so measure each one on both hands.
Write down your measurements
Record the width of each nail in millimetres (mm). Your thumb is usually the widest.
| Finger | Width (mm) | Length (mm) |

Choosing your size
Choose the size that matches the width of each of your natural nails. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size and gently file the edges to shape.
