Ordering & shipping

How do I place an order?
Browse the Catalog, choose the edit you like, add your favourites to the cart and complete checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in Chinese yuan (CNY ¥) by default. The currencies available to you are set by our store markets.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery time and the shipping methods available depend on your destination and are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is being set up. If you cannot complete an order for your country, please contact us.

Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, it will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
